Who is Jade David?

Born and raised in the Philippines, Jade was born into a large, old, and political family in the town of Concepcion, Tarlac. Members of the Narciso-Alday clan have  been in local politics and have served former President Corazon Cojuangco Aquino’s government in various capacities. (3 Agency Administrators and 1 Cabinet Secretary – Budget!)

Tarlac is the regional Capital of the Kapampangan region.

The Aquino family, who were instrumental in wresting the Philippines from the dictatorship of Ferdinand Marcos, maintains their Ancestral home in Jade’s home town. The current President, Noy Noy Aquino, son of former President Corazon Cojuangco Aquino, just declared the ancestral home a National and Historic Landmark.

Jade speaks 4 languages, and was Valedictorian of her graduating class in the University of the Philippines in 1991.

After graduating, Jade worked as an Executive Assistant to Governor Margarita “Ting-Ting” Cojuangco, Governor of her province, traveling to far corners of Asia and the US on training and other governmental trips.

In 1996 Jade moved to the United States to attend New York University and pursue a PhD in Child Psychology and Early Childhood Development. In 1999 Jade welcomed her daughter, Alex Florentine to the world, and 3 years later, another daughter, Mai-Mai Faith. Plans were made for Jade to return home and raise her daughters in the family home.

This March, Jade returned home, and the “stay at home mom outsourcing company,” was created. The best of all possible worlds.

Who is Mark Singley?

Born and raised in the Delaware, Mark has been a life long creator, artist, chef, inventor, and teacher.

A 21-year veteran of the Advertising, Design and Marketing Agencies of Madison Avenue, Mark worked on literally hundreds of Fortune 500 and smaller boutique clients that ran the gamut of industries including Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals, Luxury Goods, Cosmetics, Sports and consumer products, to name just a few.

An artist by nature, Mark is a trained illustrator, designer, and copy writer. Having had experience in many areas, Mark has emerged as a well rounded and uniquely trained marketing professional able to serve many areas simultaneously.

With New York trained excellence and a depth of experience seldom found in one individual, Mark has now taken his focus to the internet, and the vast possibilities that exist there.

In 2008 Mark met and fell in love with Jade David. Perhaps on that day, JadeSource was born. Mark is fond of saying that “Jade is My Muse“ thus the source of all things for me.

And JadeSource.com was BORN!

With Mark’s internet expertise and skills coming into higher demand, and his own need for outsource talent ever increasing, it seemed a perfect match to start an outsourcing company with Jade being the Philippine Partner.

Most folks seeking outsourcing often want to ease the language barrier by hoping to explain the job to a person in English, and have an English speaking contact to deal with the native speaker.

Jade fit that bill perfectly, and she’s also an excellent manager!

In the new economy, the global economy, the INTERNET economy, you can truly work wherever you want to, and earn a living. But it requires far more than that.

Mark has set out to teach all that he has learned about what it means to be in business, what internal discipline and attitudes it takes, and why failure is not an option.
